ACCESSIBLE SEATING In the Dunkin Donuts Center, we are happy to provide accessible seating in sections 124, 106 (both $50), 101($19), and 112($30). Please call the ticket office at (401)865-GOPC to request this type of seating. At Schneider arena, our accessible seating is limited. If you are interested in attending a Friar hockey game and need wheelchair or other handicapped accommodations, please give us a call and let us know. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. Mullaney Gymnasium in Alumni Hall is completely accessible. All of our seating is general admission, and those who cannot climb the bleachers should be able to find a spot next to or at the bottom of our bleachers. You will not need a special handicapped ticket. Please arrive early if you anticipate that you will need accessible seating in Mullaney Gymnasium.

AWAY GAMES Requests for men's basketball away game tickets are filled based on the priority points system. Season ticket holders, donors to the Friars Forever Athletic Fund, and other donors to the college are eligible to receive priority points. To place a request for away game tickets, contact Jennifer Cote at (401)865-1880. All requests will be filled based on priority points 10 days prior to the scheduled game date. All fans may place their name on the waiting list, but please be aware that there are some games for which we will not be able to fulfill all requests.
Any tickets that remain after the initial distribution will be on sale on a first come, first served basis 10 days prior to the scheduled game. For additional information or to place a request, please contact Jennifer of the Friars Forever Athletic Fund at (401)865-1880.
Tickets to men's hockey away games are usually available through the box office in Alumni Hall beginning 10 days prior to the scheduled game. Contact the box office for information on pricing and availability. Please note that tickets must be returned to the host school 3 business days before the game, and any ticket requests after that point should be directed to the host school.
BIG EAST TOURNAMENT Season ticket holders, donors to the Friars Forever Athletic Fund, and other donors to the college will receive request forms for all-session 2011 BIG EAST Men's Basketball Tournament tickets during December 2010. The order form will have more detailed information on pricing, location, and limitations on orders. Please remember that placing an order does not guarantee that you will receive tickets - it is only a request. Orders will be filled based on the priority points system. CHILDREN AND SENIORS If a child is under two years old he/she does not need a ticket as long as he/she does not need a seat. Children under 15 years old qualify for our youth rate and those over 60 qualify for our senior rate (where applicable).

FAMILY PLANS Family Plans are special season ticket packages which include 2 adult and 2 youth/senior tickets to each game. These plans are available for Men's and Women's ice hockey and Women's basketball. Plans for the 2010-2011 season will go on sale in the fall of 2010. FRIARS FOREVER ATHLETIC FUND The Friars Forever Athletic Fund is the fundraising arm of Providence College Athletics. More than 2,000 loyal donors support the Friars Forever Athletic Fund and its mission of improving athletic facilities and providing scholarship and academic support to the department's 300 student-athletes who compete in 19 varsity sports. Financial contributions to the Friars Forever Athletic Fund are essential for the continued growth and success of Friar Athletics and benefit all athletic programs. Gift certificates and coupons must be presented at the box office in Alumni Hall in advance of the game for which you are purchasing tickets. We are not able to accept gift certificates or coupons on the day of the game. To purchase a gift certificate, you may come to the box office in person during normal business hours, or contact a ticket representative at 401-865-GOPC. Gift certificates are available for all sports and in any denomination.
GROUP TICKETS Ticket prices for the 2012-2013 season will be finalized in the fall of 2012 and posted here as soon as possible. For information group outings and ways in which your group can be a part of the action, please call Erin or Tony at 401-865-1983.

HOURS The Box Office at Alumni Hall is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Saturdays from October through March ONLY, the ticket office is open on campus from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. During school vacations and holidays, please call (401)865-GOPC to confirm hours. During the summer months (June - August), the ticket office closes at 2PM on Fridays.
PARKING Parking for the Alumni Hall Box Office is available in front of the Concannon Fitness Center. These spaces have a 15 minute limit. Parking for women's basketball games in Alumni Hall is available in the Raymond visitors lot adjacent to the Huxley Avenue gate or on the side streets according to posted signs. Parking for Men's Hockey games is available in the Raymond or Schneider lots on campus (both accessible from the Huxley Avenue gate). When this is full, parking on the street in the area is according to posted signs. Parking for Men's Basketball games at the Dunkin Donuts Center is available across the street in the parking garage. The usual event rate is $10. There are also several other parking options in downtown Providence which are a short walk to the game.
PAYMENTS We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express in addition to cash and personal check at the ticket office in Alumni Hall. Checks should be made out to PC Athletics. Please note that the box office at Scheinder Arena currently only accepts CASH for day of game hockey sales.
We are pleased to provide a payment plan option to those fans who purchase season tickets for the 2009-2010 season this summer. If you are interested in this option, please ask your season ticket representative for details at the time of your purchase. Please note that you must pay by credit card in order to participate.
PCAA Guest Coupons are sometimes included with men's basketball season ticket packages. Please bring your coupons to the Dunkin' Donuts Center on game night, as they must be redeemed on a game by game basis. The redemption windows will be open beginning one hour prior to game time. We suggest that if you are redeeming coupons, you plan to arrive early for best availability. TICKETS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Coupon redemption is based on availability. PLAYER GUEST TICKETS Tickets from both the home and visiting team will be available starting one hour prior to the game in the lobby of the appropriate venue. Photo ID is always required for pickup of tickets left by a player or coach. Tickets will only be provided to the individual whose name appears on the envelope, card, or list provided by the team.

In addition, tickets for most men's basketball games are available in person at the Dunkin' Donuts Center or through Ticketmaster. The Ticketmaster charge-by-phone number is (401)331-2211. Availibility may be limited.
RECENT GRADUATE SEASON TICKETS CLASS YEARS 2008-2012 Members of classes 2008-2012 are eligible to purchase discounted season tickets in section 216 for the 2012-2013 basketball season. See all of the Friar home games at the Dunk this year for $130 per seat! Your special price includes a $10 donation to the Friars Forever Athletic Fund which supports all 19 varsity sports at Providence College. There is a four per person limit on tickets in this section. Please note that young alumni will be phased out of the Young Alumni section six years after they graduate and will be given the option to purchase season tickets in similar sections at the regular price.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES All of our ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
RENEWALS Renewals are sent out each summer to exisiting season ticket holders. Please ensure that your mailing address and email address are up to date with the ticket office so that you receive information in a timely manner.
SCOREBOARD MESSAGES For a $25 donation to the Friars Forever Athletic Fund, Providence College will display your happy birthday, anniversary, or group name on our video scoreboard at the Dunkin' Donuts Center! Message donations will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to game time. Please note that we display only first and last names for birthdays or anniversaries, and only the group name for welcome messages. UPGRADES To request that your season tickets be upgraded, please fill out the renewal paperwork that you received by mail and indicate your request for an upgrade. WILL CALL Tickets purchased less than 10 days prior to a scheduled game will be held at Will Call of the respective venue for pick-up starting one hour prior to game time. You will need a photo ID when requesting Will Call tickets. For Women's Basketball, will call is available at the main ticket office in Alumni Hall, directly in front of the entrance to the gym. At Schneider Arena, tickets can be picked up at the window to the far left of the ticket sales window. Will Call for Men's Basketball on the day of the game will be at the Dunkin Donuts Center main ticket window. In advance of the game, you may pick up your will call tickets at the box office in Alumni Hall.
