We hope that your school year has been successful and rewarding. We are very excited to be hosting local elementary and middle schools for the fourth year of the Providence All-Stars School Rewards program. We hope that your school will join us in honoring student achievement this fall.
Participating schools will receive a voucher for each participating student and teacher redeemable for two tickets to a specified Friar athletic event.
Student achievement can be measured in many different ways, and we are encouraging schools to participate as an entire school community, as individual grades or as individual classrooms. We hope that this enables teachers to use ticket vouchers in a way that best motivates their students. .
Our offer is available for November and December home games and is based on first-come, first served availability. To streamline the process for both teachers and families, we will offer online redemption through our website and a unique password. This will enable families to reserve their tickets in advance and avoid lines on gameday. It will also enable families who would like to bring additional family members an opportunity to have all seats placed together in the arena.
The online offer can be redeemed for a game that best fits each family’s schedule. As teachers, you will simply receive the letters and instruction vouchers and distribute to your students – we will take care of the rest!
In order to participate, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of your school, grade levels, and number of teachers and students will will participate. Please note that due to NCAA recruiting regulations, this program is only available for students in the 8th grade and below. All of us in Friar Athletics are looking forward to hosting your school this year. We wish you and your students the best of luck in reaching all of their academic goals!
