Providence College Men's and Women's Cross Country Teams Ranked in the USTFCCCA Week 2 Poll

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association released national rankings today for the second week of the 2011 cross country season, with both Friar cross country teams represented. The men's and women's teams held onto their rankings from the week 1 poll, as the men kept their 17th ranking with 163 points and the women kept their 3rd ranking with 330 points. Neither team raced in the past week.

Both teams resume competition on September 30, when they will compete in the Paul Short Invitational in Bethlehem, Pa.
