Women's Volleyball Falls to Washington State

PROVIDENCE, RI -- The Providence College volleyball squad fell to Washington State University this afternoon in the URI Invitational, 3-0. Scores were 15-2, 15-7 and 15-0.

Senior captain Heidi Brady led the Friar attack with six kills while junior Sherryl Jones tallied five. Sophomore setter Colleen Lee made 11 assists while PC recorded 21 kills. Washington State tallied 13 blocks in the three games and also made 44 kills to ensure the victory.

PC falls to 6-4 overall.
