Final Stats

BLACKSBURGH, Va. - The Providence College women's volleyball team was defeated in three games at Virginia Tech in a BIG EAST Conference match in Blacksburgh, Va.

The Friars (4-15 overall/0-8 BIG EAST) were led by senior outside hitter Sarah Katinger (Stratford, Conn.), who totalled a match-high tying 16 kills and added 16 digs for PC in the loss. Classmate Annie Cella (Burr Ridge, Ill.) added 13 kills and five digs.

The Friars return to action on Tuesday, October 16 when they travel to New Rochelle, N.Y. to face Iona College at 7:30 p.m.
