Volleyball Defeated At Seton Hall, 3-0
Oct. 6, 2001 SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. -- The Providence College women's volleyball team was defeated, 3-0, by Seton Hall in a BIG EAST Conference match on Saturday, October 6 in South Orange, N.J. The Friars (3-13/0-6 BIG EAST) were led by senior outside hitter Sarah Katinger (Stratford, Conn.), who totalled 12 kills and nine digs to pace the Friars. Her classmate, senior outside hitter Annie Cella (Burr Ridge, Ill.) added nine kills, nine digs in the loss. The Friars return to action on Wednesday, October 10 when they host Quinnipiac at 7:00 p.m. in Providence.
