At Providence: A dedicated player, Amanda will bring her defensive skills to the collegiate level. At Burnt Hills HS: Played four varsity years of volleyball under the direction of head coach Gary Bynon...Also played at the club level at Lakeside VBC ...A four-year participant in the Empire State Games, she was also a two-time All-State selection her junior and senior seasons...Named the Albany Times-Union Volleyball Player of the Year her senior season as well as the Saratogian Player of the Year...Helped lead her high school team to a Class B state title her sophomore season, a Class B state Final Four appearance her junior season, and a Class A state title her senior season...A two-year National Honor Society member...Was one of three student representitives selected to the school committee.

Personal: Daughter of Susan DeSimone and David Little...Has one younger brother, Brian...Born January 4, 1987...Plans to major in biochemistry.
