Koprowski makes her return to her alma mater for her third stint as assistant volleyball coach. She was the graduate assistant for Deb Matejka during the 1995 season and was the assistant coach in 1999 for Coach Ken Nichols' team that went 8-3 in the BIG EAST and made a surprise trip to the conference's championship. Koprowski return to PC last season as a volunteer assistant. Koprowski, a four-time All-BIG EAST Conference performer from 1991-1995 for the Friars, was the BIG EAST Conference Rookie of the Year in 1991. She holds PC career records for games played (466), hitting percentage (0.301) and blocks (543). Koprowski also has four of the top five single-season blocks totals in Providence history. |
