    As a Sophomore: Played in 22 games with a total of 12 kills and seven digs...Registered three kills versus Coppin State on Sept. 20... Had one kill, two digs and one block versus Central Connecticut on Oct. 14...Recorded one kill, one dig, and two blocks against UT-Pan American on Nov. 22.

    As a Freshman: Recorded her first career kill against Savannah State on Aug. 30...Had a career-high four digs vs. St. Francis on Oct. 20...Tallied a career-high three blocks against Savannah State on Sept. 29.

    At Bourne HS: Played four years of volleyball, softball and basketball... Was team captain of the volleyball team her junior and senior seasons... Was a member of the Pilgrim Junior Olympic Volleyball Club for five years...Named First Team All-Star of the South Coast Conference and Cape Cod and the Islands in her junior and senior seasons... In 2004, Bourne HS won the state championship... In 2005, her club team came in second place in the New England Region... In her senior season, her high school team was South Coast Conference champions... In 2006, she earned the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association Coaches Award... She also was named Boston Globe and Boston Herald All-Scholastic... An honor roll student all four years of high school.

    Coach's Comments: "'Kourt' has been a constant for us as a blocker over the past few years. She shuts down the opponents best outside hitters. Over the past year, she has improved her hitting and we will look for her to be an offensive threat this year in addition to her always strong blocking skills."
