BOISE, Idaho -- Providence College senior Sarah Dupre (Kingston, Ontario) finished sixth (9:40.46) in Heat #1 of the 3,000 meter preliminaries at the NCAA Outdoor Track Championship on May 2 in Boise, Idaho. Dupre a three-time All-American, will advance to the 3,000 meter finals on Friday, May 4 at 10:20 p.m.

In March, Dupre placed fourth in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA Indoor Championship to earn her third All-America accolade. Last year at the NCAA Outdoor Championship, she finished 11th in the 5,000 meters. Friday's 3,000 meter will mark the final race of Dupre's collegiate career.
