FAYETTEVILLE, ARK. - Senior Mary Cullen (Sligo, Ireland) and sophomore Max Smith (Dunedin, New Zealand) competed on the final day of the 2006 NCAA Indoor Track Championship in Fayetteville, Ark. on March 11.

Cullen finished second in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 9:10.22. Northern Arizona's Johanna Nilsson won the NCAA title with a time of 9:06.61.

Smith competed in the mile and finished the event in sixth place with a time of 4:14.83. Christian Smith of Kansas State won the title in the mile with a time of 4:12.75.
