SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The Providence College women's track team competed on the third day of competition at the 2005 NCAA Track & Field Championships in Sacramento, Calif. on Friday, June 10. Junior Fiona Crombie (Christchurch, New Zealand) was the final Friar to run at the 2005 NCAA Championships. Crombie placed sixth (10:08.36) in the finals of the 3,000 meter steeplechase. The race was won by Victoria Mitchell of Butler in a time of 9:54.32.
