PRINCETON, N.J. -- The Providence College men's and women's track teams concluded competition at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track Championship at Princeton, N.J. on May 20. The men's team tied for ninth out of 49 teams after scoring 26 points. The women's squad finished tied for 26th out of 46 teams after scoring 10 points

On Sunday, sophomore Brooke Freeburg (Waterford, Pa.) placed second in the javelin with a throw of 45.96 meters. In the women's 1,500 meters, sophomore Roisin McGettigan (Wicklow, Ireland) finished eighth with a time of 4:30.87.
