Women's Tennis Defeated at Holy Cross

The Providence College women's tennis team was defeated, 6-1, at Holy Cross on Wednesday, October 3.

Senior Brooke Rubin (Cranston, R.I.) recorded the lone victory for the Friars as she defeated Amy Crump (Farmington, Conn.) 6-3, 6-2 at No. 1 singles.

With the loss, the Friars drop to 2-2, while the Crusaders improved to 7-0.

The Friars are back in action on Saturday, October 6 as they host Fairfield at noon.
