Women's Swimming And Diving Falls To New Hamsphire, 174-69

Providence, R.I....... The Providence College Friars fell to the University of New Hampshire Wildcats, 174-69, in women's swimming action, on Jan. 25. Due to inclement weather, and hazardous roads, the two teams decided to swim the meet in their respective pools and compile the results at the end of the day.

The Friars were led by freshman Amanda Pymm (Port Washington, N.Y.), who captured the 1-meter diving and senior Meghan Robinson (Plano, Texas) won the 200-meter backstroke (2:15:62).

The Providence College Men's Swimming and Diving also fell to theUniversity of New Hampshire Wildcats, by a final score of 158-59.

The women's record now stands at 2-4, while the men's drops to1-5. Both teams will return to action on Jan. 29, at Georgetown University, at 10:00 a.m.
