    AT PROVIDENCE: As a junior, started in each of the Friars' 55 games... Recorded a .268 batting average with six home runs and 23 RBIs... Led the team in defensive play, with 367 put outs and a fielding percentage of .990... As a sophomore, started all 44 games and collected 23 hits in 125 at-bats, including four doubles and two home runs... Tied for third on the team with 15 RBIs...
