    The Friars enter the weekend 5-7-4 overall and 3-5-0 in the BIG EAST.

    At PROVIDENCE: 2013: Appeared in 11 games for the Friars ... Recorded four shots.

    2012: Did not appear in any games for the Friars due to injury.

    2011: Started eight games and played in 17 games overall for the Friars... Registered one goal and one assist for three points... Scored the game-winning goal versus South Florida on 10/9/11... Had 10 shots including five on goal.

    2010: Played in one game against Iona on 8/27.

    High School: Graduated from Sandia Preparatory School where she earned five varsity letters and served as team captain from 2006-09... Led her team to a Class I-3A State Championship in 2006... Named First-Team All-State from 2006-09, First-Team All-District from 2005-09 and District Player of the Year from 2007-09... Scored 105 career goals and notched 76 assists.

    Club Soccer: Played for the Alameda Flash from 2006-09.

    Personal: Born March 14, 1992... Daughter of Stephany and Jon Melina... Has an older brother, Cameron... Health policy and management major.
