    Providence College Women's Soccer Team To Host Connecticut In Final Regular Season Game

    Five seniors will be recognized at the start of the game.


    2011: Started in all 21 games for the Friars... Notched three goals and three assists for nine points during her senior season... Scored the game-winning goal in a victory over Holy Cross on 8/31... Took 29 shots, including 12 shots on goal for a .414 shots on goal percentage.

    2010: Started all 18 games for the Friars and tallied four points on two goals ... Registered two game-winning goals with the first coming against Sacred heart on 8/22 and the second against De Paul on 10/15 ... Recorded 33 shots, including 17 on goal.

    2009: Started all 18 games she saw action in and tallied six points on two goals and two assists... She had a total of 26 shots with 12 on goal... She had the game-winning goal against Stony Brook on 9/13.

    2008: Started 12 of the Friars' 17 games...Tied for second on team with goals (3)... Scored first collegiate goal in victory over Holy Cross on 9/4... Netted the game winner in the 90th minute at Hartford on 9/11.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in soccer during four times and in field hockey for three times at North Penn High School... Captained soccer team from 2005-2007 and field hockey in 2007... Named to First Team All-League as a sophomore and junior... Finished career with 24 goals and 39 assists...Team was state semi-finalist in 2007... Member of Student Government from 10th-12th grade.

    CLUB SOCCER: Competed with PA Olympic Development Program from U-13 through U-18... Won National Championship in 2007... Played for FC Delco from 2005-08... Won state championships three years in a row and USYSA Region 1 Finalist in 2007.

    PERSONAL: Born October 27, 1989...Daughter of Barbara and Kevin Collins... Has older sister, Kelsey and twin sister Meghan... Meghan is playing soccer at UMass... Education major.
