The U.S. Olympic Women's Hockey Team advanced to the Gold-Medal Game of the XIX Olympic Winter Games with a 4-0 semifinal victory over Sweden on Tuesday, February 19 in West Valley City, Utah.

Former Friar and team captain Cammi Granato (1993, Downers Grove, Ill.) led the U.S. Team with two goals and one assist, including the game winner late in the first period.

The U.S. will face Canada in the Gold-Medal Game on Thursday, February 21 at 7:00 p.m. (EST) in West Valley City, Utah.
