The Eagles capitalized on a power-play goal 4:03 into the first period to take a 1-0 lead, as Emily Field found the back of the net for her first goal of the year. Emily Pfalzer and Megan Keller were credited with assists on the play. Field notched her second of the game to give BC at 2-0 lead at the 10:42 mark, as Toni Ann Miano and Andie Anastos teamed up to create the scoring opportunity and earned assists. The Eagles maintained their 2-0 lead into the first intermission.
