Amy Quinlan enters her second season as a graduate assistant coach with the Friars. As a graduate assistant, Quinlan is working towards a master's degree in guidance and counseling. Among other duties, Amy works extensively as a video coordinator for the Friars.

Since graduating from Providence in 2004, Quinlan has coached at various levels. She spent one year at Phillips Exeter Academy teaching and coaching. During that season she was also a volunteer assistant coach at Bowdoin College. Next, Quinlan spent one year at Hamilton College as an assistant coach. Most recently she spent one year at Wesleyan University, serving as an assistant coach.

Additionally, Quinlan has worked at numerous hockey camps including the Dartmouth Elite Hockey Camp, the Providence College Hockey School for Girls and the Rocky Mountain District Development camp.

As a player, Quinlan served in the Friar cage from 2000-2004. She played in 55 games, making 1,036 saves. For her career, Quinlan recorded a .899 save percentage and a 2.23 goals against average. With 55 appearances, Amy Quinlan ranks fourth all-time among Friar netminders in career games played.
