PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Providence College field hockey team travels to Syracuse, N.Y. to participate in the 2007 BIG EAST Conference Championship on November 3-4. The Friars enter the tournament as the No. 3 seed and will face No. 2 seed Louisville at 11:00 a.m. in the first semifinal on November 3. Top-seeded Connecticut will take on No. 4 seed Syracuse at 1:00 p.m. in the second semifinal. The winner of each contest will advance to the championship game scheduled for Noon on November 4.
