PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Providence College junior field hockey player Nellie Poulin (Oakland, Maine) will be featured on Inside The BIG EAST, a show that broadcasts locally in Rhode Island on Cox Sports and nationally on ESPNU. The show also will air on NESN and SNY, in addition to 13 other affiliates spanning the regions of the country where BIG EAST Conference institutions are located. Poulin leads the 19th-ranked Providence College field hockey team in scoring this season through 13 games with 17 points on eight goals and one assist. The Friars recently upended 13th-ranked Boston College, 2-1, in double-overtime on October 1 and defeated BIG EAST foe Villanova, 3-0. The Friars return to action on Saturday, October 11 against BIG EAST opponent Rutgers at 1:00 p.m. in Providence, R.I.

Inside The BIG EAST will air on Cox Sports on Thursday at 11:00 p.m., Saturday at 11:30 a.m. and Monday at 7:00 p.m. NESN will air the show on Friday at 1:00 p.m. and is available on ESPNU on Friday at 7:00 p.m. SNY provides three showings, beginning on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. and on Friday at 4:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
