Field Hockey Hosts Pink Out Game For Breast Cancer Awareness

PROVIDENCE, R.I. -

The Providence College field hockey team will host its annual Pink Out game on Sunday, September 23. The team is set to face the 22nd-ranked Boston College Eagles at 3:00 p.m. on Lennon Family Field in Providence, R.I. The Friars are raising money by selling pink paper field hockey sticks to the Providence College community that will be displayed at the field.

The money raised will be donated to the Gloria Gemma Foundation. The team encourages all attendees to wear pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.
