PRINCETON (2-10):
The Princeton Tigers come into this afternoon's game in the midst of a six-game losing streak. The Tigers last win came on December 1st versus Lafayette, 73-58.
Princeton last played on December 27th versus Fairfield at the Ala Moana Hotel's Paradise Classic in Hawaii. The Tigers fell to the Stags, 66-56 in that game.
During that game, Tiger senior guards, Maggie Langlas and Kate Thirolf went over the 1,000 point marks for their careers. Langlas scored 11 in the game while Thirolf led the team with 12 points. The duo also ranks one-two in scoring for Princeton as Thirolf leads the team with 9.4 ppg and Langlas has 9.2 ppg.
Coach Liz Feeley is in her fifth season as the head coach at Princeton and has a 61-61 career record.

PROVIDENCE (5-4):
The Friars have won two in a row and four of their last five games entering this afternoon's game versus Princeton. Providence won at Fairfield on New Year's Eve by a 76-69 margin.
Junior center Monika Roberts continued her hot play at Fairfield recording her third double-double of the season with 21 points and 15 rebounds. She leads the BIG EAST in rebounding with 10.6 per game.
Junior forward Jen Gombotz also turned in a double-double versus Fairfield with 16 points and 10 rebounds.
The Friars have already won as many games as they did last season with five and are over .500 for the first time since January of 1998 when they were 6-5.
