    Women's Basketball Defeats Seton Hall, 62-47

    Rachel Barnes nets 14 points to cap off a special day for Providence College athletics.

    2011-2012: Played 29 of the Friars' 30 games and appeared in the starting line-up 28 times... Only game she missed was against Villanova on December 7... Finished the season ranked second on the team in scoring (10.7 ppg)... Also contributed 5.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.5 steals per game... Recorded a career-high 22 points against Harvard (11/18)... Recorded a career-high 10 rebounds against Cincinnati (2/7)...... Dished a career-best five assists in back-to-back games against Akron (12/28) and Hartford (12/31)... Collected a career-high five steals against Marquette (1/21)... Scored in double figures 17 times... Led the team with 43 three-point field goals ... In the Friars' game against West Virginia on January 14, Barnes scored a game-high 19 points, including 14 in the second half to lift Providence to a 51-48 victory...
