JV Men's Cross Country Place Second at Dartmouth Invitational
Sept. 16, 2000 HANOVER, N.H. -- The Providence College men's cross country JV team placed second at the Dartmouth Invitational on Saturday, September 16 in Hanover, N.H. The PC men's JV team (69 points) finished second behind host Dartmouth (36 points). The Friars were paced by junior Dermot Galvin (Drogheda, Ireland), who won the race in a time of 25:07. Also scoring for the Friars was senior Larry Morrissey of Waterford, Ireland (seventh - 25:30). The Friars will return to action on Saturday, Sept. 23 at the Roy Griak Invitational at Minneapolis, Minn. at 11:00 a.m.
