TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- The Providence College men's track team competed in second day of the NCAA East Regionals on Saturday, May 31 at Florida State in Tallahassee, Fla.

In the men's 1,500 meters finals, senior Max Smith (Dunedin, New Zealand) placed ninth in a time of 3:52.88.

The Friars will return to action in their final meet of the season at the NCAA Outdoor Track Championship on June 11-14.
