PRINCETON, N.J. The Providence College men's and women's track teams competed at the IC4A and ECAC Championships in Princeton, N.J. on Saturday and Sunday, May 17-18.

The women's team finished 14th at the ECACs after scoring 26 points. Junior Danette Doetzel (Macklin, Saskatchewan) competed for the Friars on Sunday and placed second in the 3,000 meters in a time of 9:34.46.

The men's team concluded on Saturday after junior Charles Dewey (Worcester, Mass.) placed 12th (1:50.64) in the 800 meters trials.

The Friars will return to action on May 30-31 at the NCAA Regionals in Tallahassee, Fla.
