PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Three members of the Providence College indoor track team will be competing at the 2006 NCAA Indoor Track Championship on March 10th and 11th. The NCAA Championships are being held at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Ark.

On the women's side, senior Mary Cullen (Sligo, Ireland) will compete in the 3,000 meter and 5,000 meter events. This season, Cullen posted the top indoor times in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters among all NCAA collegians. Junior Meghan Owen (Danielson, Conn.) will compete for the Friars in the mile. On the men's side, sophomore Max Smith (Dunedin, New Zealand) will compete in the mile.
