BOSTON, Mass. - Graduate student Kevin Cooper (Waterford, Ireland) represented the Providence College men's track and field team at the Boston University Season Opener on Saturday, Dec. 7 in Boston, Mass.
In his debut as a Friar, Cooper finished fourth in the men's 3000 meter run. Cooper finished the race in a time of 8:15.22 as one of 19 competitors to run the race.
The Friars are back in action on Jan. 18 when the team will look to compete at the URI Sorlien Invitational in Kingston, R.I. The meet is set to start at 11:00 a.m.
