New England Outdoor Championship at University of Conn., Storrs, Conn. - May 12-13, 2000

STORRS, Conn. -- The Providence College men's track team competed at the New England Outdoor Track Championship at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Conn. on May 12-13.

Junior Ciaran Lynch (Limerick, Ireland) and senior Larry Morrissey (Waterford, Ireland) were the Friars' top finishers. Lynch placed seventh in the 3,000 meters in a time of 9:25.70, while Morrissey finished seventh in the 1,500 meters in a time of 3:51.60.
