BOSTON, Mass. - The Providence College men's track team competed in the IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center in Boston, Mass., on Saturday, March 3. Providence finished sixteenth at the meet out of 48 teams.

Paul Reilly (Loughrea, Ireland) took first place in the finals of the 3,000 meter run on Saturday, finishing in a time of 8:21.42. He placed second in his heat and fourth overall with a time of 8:19.97 during the preliminary rounds to qualify. Teammate Adam Sutton (Preston, England) finished fourth in the finals of the 5,000 meter run. He posted a time of 14:16.73 on the day.

Larry Morrissey (Waterford, Ireland) took 14th-place in the prelims of the one mile run. He completed the event with a time of 4:11.29 in the prelims. The top-ten finishers and next two best times advanced to the finals.
