PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Providence College men's and women's swimming & diving Head Coach Jonathan Caswell has announced the team's 2005-06 schedule. With a wide-ranging slate featuring Fairfield, Rhode Island, Boston College, Bucknell, Western Kentucky and Maine, the Friars should be well primed for a run into the BIG EAST Championships.

The BIG EAST Conference Swimming and Diving Championships will take place from Feb. 15-18 at the Nassau County Aquatics Center in East Meadow, N.Y.

The Friars begin the 2005-06 season with their annual Alumni Meet on Oct. 1. The regular season kicks off on Oct. 22 as PC welcomes Fairfield to town. The home-opening meet will begin at 11:00 a.m.
