PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Providence College men's swimming and diving team was defeated by Holy Cross, 138-98, on Friday, November 15 in Providence, R.I. The Friars earned first-place finishes in the 200 Medley Relay and the 400 Freestyle Relay in the loss.

The 200 meter relay team comprised of Bryan Flynn, Patrick Franzen, Frank LaMonaca and Matthew Raske earned first place in a time of 4:25.11. Flynn and Raske teammed up with Seth Brockman and Patrick Kavanagh in the 400 freestyle relay and finished first with a time of 3:45.64.

Also earning first-place finishes for the Friars were Seth Brockman in the 200 freestyle (2:07.80), Bryan Flynn in the 50 freestyle (25.53), Tom Darrow in the 200 IM (2:28.04) and Pat Franzen in the 100 breaststroke (1:13.84).
