Providence College men’s soccer Head Coach Craig Stewart has announced the addition of Paul Latif to his coaching staff as the program’s new Director of Soccer Operations.

“We are very excited to add Paul to our staff in the role of Director of Soccer Operations,” Stewart said. “Following a successful collegiate playing career, Paul has really become a student of the game and we feel his passion and enthusiasm will fit in well with the culture of our program.”

Latif played three years at Franklin Pierce University, leading the Ravens to a 51-8-6 record over those three seasons. As a senior, Latif helped Franklin Pierce post a 21-1-1 mark and advance to the Division II Final Four. He graduated from Franklin Pierce in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports and Recreation Management.

A 2010 and 2011 NSCAA All-American, Latif recently served as an assistant coach at Bunker Hill College (Charlestown, Mass.), helping Bunker Hill to the 2013 NJCAA Div. III National Tournament Quarter Finals.

A native of Newcastle, England, Latif also coaches with Bayside FC.
