PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Annual Friar Lacrosse Alumni Game will be held on Saturday, September 27 at the Friar Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex in Providence, R.I. All Friar lacrosse alums are invited back to campus, and are slated to compete against the 2009 Providence men's lacrosse team.

This is the first formal gathering of all lacrosse alumni since the announcement of the BIG EAST Men's Lacrosse Conference that will officially begin competition in 2010. The Friars are one of seven insitutions to join the league, including Notre Dame, Syracuse, St. John's, Villanova, Rutgers and Georgetown.
