The National Champions will throw out first pitches on Friday and Saturday.
The Friars conclude the year in the No. 1 spot after winning the national title on Saturday, April 11.
Tanev was named Warrior Hockey Player of the Week and Gillies was named HEA Defensive Player of the Week.
Brandon Tanev netted the game-winning goal at 13:43 of the third period.

His father played college hockey at Cornell (1979-82), his grandfather, Lou Jankowski, played in the NHL with the Detroit Red Wings and the Chicago Blackhawks, and his great uncle is Hall-of-Famer Leonard "Red" Kelly, who played for the Detroit Red Wings and the Toronto Maple Leafs ...
