PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- It was announced today that Providence College freshman forward Jeff Parmer (Niagara Falls, N.Y.) has left the men's basketball team for personal reasons.

Parmer played in 21 games in 2004-05 and averaged 2.0 points per game and 1.7 rebounds.
