PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The Providence College men's basketball team will host the College of Charleston on Saturday, March 22 at 7:30 p.m. at the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence in the First Round of the National Invitation Tournament. The Friars (17-13) advanced from the opening round with a 67-49 win at Richmond on March 19. Charleston (25-7) travelled to Kent State and defeated the Golden Flash on March 19 to set up Saturday's game at Providence.
