Cary Collins enters his first season at Providence College as the coordinator of basketball operations. Collins is in charge of the day-to-day operations and summer camps. Collins joined Keno Davis' staff after spending seven years at ESPN. Collins started at ESPN in 2001 as a production assistant. In 2003, he was promoted to associate producer and then feature producer, a position he held for the last three years. Collins, a 1995 graduate of the University of Iowa, served as a manager for seven years (1990-97) for the Hawkeyes under Head Coach Tom Davis. After leaving Iowa in 1997, Collins spent four years (1997-01) working as a production assistant and scheduler at PGA Tour Productions. Collins is a native of Le Mars, Iowa.
