Sophomore John Fatigati placed 16th overall in the 200y IM while also breaking the school record.

As a Senior: Collected 242.25 points on the season ... Swam the fastest 100y butterfly (51.02), the fastest 100y backstroke (52.06) and the sixth-fastest 50y freestyle (21.50) all-time at Providence ... Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 50y freestyle, 100y freestyle, 100y backstroke, 100y butterfly and as part of the 200y freestyle relay, 400y freestyle relay, 200y medley relay, and 400y medley relay ... Competed in the BIG EAST finals in the 100y backstroke, finishing in 12th place (52.06) and in the 100y butterfly, finishing ninth (51.02) ... Winner of the David Hardy Coach's Award for the second consecutive season ... Currently ranks 11th all-time with 695.75 total points.As a Junior: Finished third on the team with 200.50 points ... Earned a first-place finish in the 100y butterfly (55.15) versus Seton Hall and the 50y freestyle (22.70) versus Boston College ... Swam a team-best 21.83 in the 50y freestyle, 47.74 in the 100y freestyle, 52.00 in the 100y butterfly and 52.92 in the 100y backstroke ... As a Sophomore: Finished second on the team with 149.75 points...Won the 100m butterfly in a meet versus Seton Hall with a time of 1:00.86...Swam a team best 47.52 in the 100y freestyle...Swam the second-fastest 50y freestyle (21.88) and 100y backstroke (53.75) for the team...Tied the time ninth-fastest 100y butterfly all-time at 52.57...Winner of the Jan and Brian Larkin Most Improved Male Athlete Award...Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 100y butterfly, 100y backstroke, and 100y freestyle while participating in the 200y and 400y freestyle relays...Currently sits 44th all-time for the Friars with 255.00 career points...
