Heather Gagne is in her first year as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Providence College. She currently works with the PC women's soccer and assists the sports medicine department during the winter sports and spring sports overlap. Gagne received her undergraduate degree in athletic training and physical education from Bridgewater State College in 2008 where she was a member of the Athletic Training club. She is certified by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification as a Certified Athletic Trainer. She is also a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, and will graduate from PC with her masters degree in counseling in May 2010. Prior to graduating from Bridgewater State, Gagne was in the United States Marine Corps where she did a tour of duty in Iraq. She was also stationed at Camp Pendleton in San Diego, CA, Camp Lejune, NC, and Providence, RI. Gagne is a native of Dartmouth, MA where she currently resides with her Boston Terrier, Madison.
