    Future Friars Mark Jankowski And Jon Gillies Selected In NHL Draft

    Future Providence College hockey players Mark Jankowski (St. Catherines, Ont.) and Jon Gillies (South Portland, Maine) were selected in the 2012 NHL Draft which took place on June 22-23 in Pittsburgh, Pa.   Jankowski was picked in the first round (21st overall) by the Calgary Flames and Gillies was taken in the third round (75th overall) also by Calgary.
