    Providence College, seeded No. 7, will battle UMass Lowell, seeded No. 2, in the second game of a best-of-three Hockey East Quarterfinal series at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 9 at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Mass. Last night, the Friars posted a 5-3 win in game one and recorded their first playoff victory since 2005.
