After two victories over the weekend, the Friars earned two Hockey East Weekly honors. Providence was named Hockey East Team of the Week, while junior defenseman Myles Harvey was named Hockey East Player of the Week. The 6-5, 225-pound blue liner scored the game winner on the power play in a 5-3 triumph over No. 7 Boston University. It marked Harvey's first career goal. He also added two goals in PC's 6-4 victory over UMass on Saturday. The Friars are off to their first 2-0 start in Hockey East play since the 2005-06 season.
